For design teams evaluating a carbon fiber reinforced PTFE tube supplier, the priority is often a reliable balance between friction, load capacity, and chemical resistance. Our product range starts with the carbon fiber PTFE tube for high PV applications, which is formulated to handle high pressure–velocity conditions in rotating equipment and pump shafts. When the application involves continuous radial loads or stationary bearing surfaces, the carbon filled PTFE tubing high load option provides improved creep resistance and dimensional stability over unfilled PTFE. For shafts, pistons, and guides exposed to abrasive slurries or high surface speeds, the high wear resistance carbon PTFE tube reduces material loss and extends maintenance intervals. In dynamic sealing systems where seal lips must recover after pressure spikes, the PTFE carbon tube dynamic seal configuration maintains low leakage and consistent friction. All tubes are produced from virgin PTFE with a uniform 25% carbon fiber dispersion, delivering predictable performance without the lot-to-lot variability often seen in reprocessed compounds.

The Carbon Fiber Reinforced PTFE Tube is a compression-molded and machined tube designed for dry-running, chemically aggressive, and high-load service. It combines the natural low-friction and non-stick properties of PTFE with the structural reinforcement of carbon fiber, resulting in higher thermal conductivity, lower wear, and better load-bearing capability than unfilled or glass-filled grades. This makes it suitable for bushings, wear rings, piston seals, valve seats, and pump wear components. The specific material parameters are listed below.

Standard inside diameters range from 6 mm to 300 mm, with wall thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 25 mm. Stock lengths are available up to 1,200 mm, and longer sections can be machined to order. Dimensional tolerances are held to ±0.10 mm for ID and OD on finished parts. Custom chamfers, slots, and cut lengths are also available. The material is FDA compliant, RoHS compliant, and performs continuously in both wet and dry service from -200°C to +260°C.
