Our high thermal conductivity PTFE tube series addresses the thermal limitations of unfilled PTFE by incorporating engineered metallic fillers. The 40% bronze PTFE tube for heavy load bearing offers an optimal balance between thermal dissipation and compressive strength, making it suitable for pivot bushings and wear plates under continuous radial loads. For demanding linear and rotary motion systems, the high strength bronze filled PTFE tubing increases load capacity without sacrificing the self-lubricating nature of PTFE. Where heat spreading is the primary design goal, a 40% copper filled PTFE tube delivers approximately twice the thermal conductivity of bronze-filled grades while retaining excellent machinability. Every batch is produced under strict process control by a specialized bronze filled PTFE tube 40% manufacturer, ensuring consistent filler distribution and dimensional stability in the finished tube.
The High Thermal Conductivity PTFE Tube is engineered for heat-sensitive assemblies such as semiconductor wafer handling, high-speed bearings, and thermal interface spacers. Unlike standard PTFE, which has a thermal conductivity around 0.25 W/m·K, this filled tube reaches 0.45–0.65 W/m·K depending on filler type and loading. It maintains a continuous service temperature from -200°C to +260°C, resists nearly all industrial chemicals, and exhibits a low coefficient of friction between 0.05 and 0.08. We machine tubes to exact inner and outer diameters, with roundness held to within 0.05 mm and wall thickness tolerances of ±0.05 mm for stock sizes. Surface finish and cut length are customizable for OEM integration.
