60% Bronze Filled PTFE Tube for Extreme Load is produced by compounding virgin PTFE resin with 60% bronze powder by weight, followed by cold compression and high-temperature sintering. The bronze particles are uniformly distributed throughout the matrix, which gives the tube a dark bronze appearance and significantly improves load-bearing capacity. The material maintains excellent chemical compatibility with most hydraulic oils, fuels, solvents, and weak acids, and it operates over a wide temperature range without becoming brittle.
