This PTFE gasket sheet with silica filler is engineered through careful blending of virgin PTFE resin and fine amorphous silica particles. As a specialized silica filled PTFE sheet manufacturer, we supply sheets that resist creep, reduce cold flow, and maintain seal integrity under high bolt loads. The high temperature PTFE gasket silica filled grade performs continuously at 260°C (500°F) with short-term peaks up to 300°C (572°F). Typical sheet dimensions include 1500 mm × 1500 mm, 1500 mm × 1000 mm, and 1000 mm × 1000 mm, with thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 6.0 mm. The material is ideally suited for flanges, heat exchangers, reactors, and piping systems exposed to steam, hot oils, strong acids, alkalis, and solvents. Its silica filler content of 15–20% by weight significantly improves dimensional stability and lowers permeability compared to standard virgin PTFE sheets, ensuring a longer service life in demanding sealing environments.
